On the basis of 17 questions you will get a good idea of the extent to which you are ready to make a good start in implementing  your  initiative: where you stand strong, where the gaps are and what this means for your chances of success.

Different people will view the readiness to implement differently therefore; the Assessment must be completed by at least two people.
