Business Change Mentor (BCMentor) provides the BCMentor Services (defined below) to you; subject

Service in the previous month will be immediately after the end of each calendar month of your
authorized credit card charged. Prices quoted in this Agreement and in any schedule, documentary evidence, or

responsible for such taxes and other charges. Tax-exempt status becomes you

5. BCMentor Privacy Policy

of the BCMentor Services agree to their collection and use (as set forth in the applicable

6. Member account, password and security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the BCMentor registration process

of the BCMentor Services, your connection to the BCMentor Services, your violation of the Terms of Service

OWNERSHIP WARRANTIES, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NO INFRINGEMENT.

WARRANTY THAT (i) THE BCMENTOR SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

BE SAFE OR ERROR FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED BY
USE OF THE BCMENTOR SERVICES OR SOFTWARE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL YOU HAVE PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE BCMENTOR SERVICES OR SOFTWARE MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

• ANY MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE
OF THE BCMENTOR SERVICES OR SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK
ACCESSIBLE, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND FOR THIS
WAIVERS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES REGARDING YOUR ACTION

EXPOSURE TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON ONE
COMPUTER SCREEN OR WHEN USING THE BCMENTOR SERVICE. PARTICULAR
CONDITIONS MAY BE PREVIOUSLY UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS
CAUSE EVEN WITH USERS WHO DO NOT HAVE A HISTORY OF
PREVIOUS ATTACK OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN EPILEPTIC CONDITION, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE USING THE BCMENTOR SERVICE. 21. Limitation of Liability

YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT BCMENTOR AND HER

USE BCMENTOR SERVICE; (b) THE COST OF PURCHASING A SUBSTITUTE
GOODS AND SERVICES; (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR
TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (d) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF A THIRD PARTY ON THE

BCMENTOR SERVICE; OR (e) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE BCMENTOR
SERVICE.
